Where your practice comes in
A homeowner arrives with a postcode and a set of roof dimensions and leaves with a £29 report — credited in full against the structural design package if they instruct it — telling them whether their loft works under Permitted Development, how big a rear dormer their roof can take, and what still needs covering. What it deliberately does not give them is a set of Building Regulations drawings.
That is the point at which we refer them out. Partner practices are matched on location, and the referral arrives with the feasibility work already done: the PD assessment, the volume working, and the dimensions the report was built from. Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
